Nueva Ecija Global Methodists Celebrate Christmas Through Faith and Service

CABANATUAN CITY, Philippines — The New Horizons Global Methodist Church (NHGMC) brought the warmth and joy of the season to life with its Christmas party. With the theme "Celebrating Christmas as a Community of Faith," the event showcased the church’s unity, love, and commitment to serving both its members and the wider community.

Held at the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) Gymnasium shortly after their worship service, this gathering was one of many church Christmas celebrations happening across Mega Manila. These events collectively demonstrate the vibrancy of faith communities in the Mega Manila Annual Conference, each coming together to honor the birth of Christ in unique and meaningful ways. These celebrations highlight the shared commitment to faith, family, and outreach that defines the season.

The celebration began with a feast of food and drinks. Adding to the festive atmosphere were performances by the church choir and youth group. Their renditions of classic Christmas carols filled the NEUST gymnasium with music and joy, reminding everyone of the true meaning of the season. A key highlight of the event was the heartfelt testimonies of Bro. Oscar Garza, a prominent lay leader of the Trinity Annual Conference in Texas, and Dra. Alice Maducdoc, a physician from Cabanatuan City.
